The water area of the country is a huge territory, living its extremely rich life. But how little we know about it, about the countless number of problems that at any second can disrupt the normal functioning of river arteries. How many crimes the criminal world is trying to bury at the bottom of the not so easily accessible reservoirs. How many secrets do the streams carry with them? We give little thought to these questions. But they remain under the constant control of the Special Department of the Water Police.
